How do I add logo to top navbar

I did some reading on HTML, but am still unaware of how to combine the logo and navbar to my forums.

I would like for it to look like this: http://bbs.clutchfans.net/index.php?

Currently it looks like this: www.rgvsn.com/forum

for your header to look like the above you will need to edit the header and navbar templates
