Can users change there own color?

I have seen these features on other boards...

But I'm not sure how to add them on mine. Could somebody point me in the right direction please?

I'm experiencing a weird problem. I loaded the 2 files, and imported the product. I see the html markup in the vBulletin Options area. But...users don't see anything in there User CP > Edit Options.

Could you help me fix this please?

If you have questions regarding a custom modification/style you should in the modification/style thread (or site/board) from which you downloaded it. The author (and/or other users) of the custom modification/style will be the ones best placed to provide you with assistance.
