Scoccer awadrs medals

Hi was wondering if anyone would be good enough to do some Soccer award medals (football here in the UK).....As i run a football site and was thinking of putting these one were teams win cups leagues champions league that kind of stuff for the members like in real life they would recive a medal...would be a nice touch.

Could anyone help
