Reputation problem

i have problem with the reputation power on my forum, there is something wrong in reputation.php, the $score always show 0, so another user can't add reputation. some body please help me to fix this poblem. thx . im using vBulletin 3.7.2. my forum is webforum.plasa.com. thanx
