Image hosts restiction

Hi,

I'm not sure is this hack exist but it will be very usefull.

It should check in
newreply_form_complete
newreply_post_start
newthread_form_complete
newthread_post_start
postbit_display_complete

for specific image hosts like Imageshackand others and replace the image url with warning message.
