When you view a forum it displays as:

I came across a forum that displays the forums like this:

http://www.mmaforum.com/mma-forum-lounge/

The same thing for threads:

http://www.off-topic-forums.net/showthread.php?t=11

And on the other forum it displays them like this:

http://www.mmaforum.com/mma-forum-lounge/27856-neg-rep-thread.html

I am interested in this modification on my forum because I guess it would improve SEO.

I've searched the forums and I can't find anything.

I would need a link to the modification for 3.7 only please.
