Moderate New Threads but NOT new replies.

My forum is not moderating threads properly, i have usergroups set to defaults and to follow forum moderation rules... and i have a few forums set to moderate new threads but not posts but its still moderating everything....

any ideas?

No MOD is required for this I believe. To do this Within a forum, all you have to do is to set the Moderate Threads to Yes. It can be found while Making new forum or Edit Forum section, under Moderation Options.

Forums & Moderators > Forum Manager > Edit Forum and find Moderation Options.
