Database Error Every 15-45 Minutes

Every 15-45 minutes I keep on getting this Database Error:

I got the same error when i enabled the "Automatically Added Friends"

inside Admin CP - Vbulletin Options - User Registration Options and at the bottom the "Automatically Added Friends" i tried my userid and started getting that error, try clearing that part see if u keep getting that error =) if not then i dono what it is -_-
