Hi i have attached the image here, Just wondering how i align it with the nav bar there?

Your Logo Banner is bigger than the header height.
Either resize Banner
or increase the header height.

Depends on how it is set, you need to check header template. See if its defined through class or id. if so check the corresponding in main CSS for that style.
