Where would I find the slap feature

I have been looking all over the mod section for the slap feature to compliment the thank you feature, but I can't find. Please advice. Thank you.

I don't know about slap mod, never heard of it. But here's the post groan mod. Basically, it adds a button click to tell a person how un-useful their post is.
