Display from Thread created time

With alot of posts on a forum i want to be able to have the forum's section be able to view from the date/time the thread was created and not of the last reply, I'm probably being really stoopid but cant find anything

You are talking about how the threads are shown in the forums? Forum Manager > select your forum > Default Sort Field and Default Sort Order should be what you want to change.
