Search Engine Friendly URL's - Mod

Hi,

Is there is mod available for Search Engine Friendly URL's, so it changes the normal:

forum/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=111

To something more search engine friendly, maybe with the title of each post?

I did do I search through the current mods, but was unable to find anything :o(
