Is there a way to remove certain forum IDs from the "Unread Posts" search? I'd like to make some forums not searchable with this method.
I tried removing them from the Indexing, doesn't do any good.
Thanks in advance!

You can add an exclude variable to the end of the URL. For example, if your page was "search.php?do=getnew", your new URL would be (to exclude forums with ID X, Y and Z):
search.php?do=getnew&exclude=X,Y,Z

How would I get new messages for a single forum or a range of forums?

Take a look at the links under Community Discussion:
Click here to view the latest topics (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/search.php?do=getdaily&forumid=92&childforums=1&saveprefs=false)

We aren't talking about unanswered posts in this thread. You should start your own thread and list your own 'problem' so that we understand what you want.
