al2thero, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

Take a look at this which is linked on the bottom of pages under New To Site? It is possible you are showing up as unlicensed and as such can't post in certain forums.

I've just LICENCE

and i am now upgrade my forum with the LICENCE

Did you read the TIPS area? You must be using the same email addy here as you got your license. Also, you need to select vb.org as a site to access in the members area over at vb.com. And further, if you have problems, you need to contact vb.com staff at support@vbulletin.com
