Error while restoring database, please help!

I am using bigdump to restore my forum database which is around 110 mb.
I had taken the backup from my host's cpanel.

Upon restoring, i am getting an error:
Error at the line 3009: SET character_set_client = @saved_cs_client;

Query: SET character_set_client = @saved_cs_client;

MySQL: Variable 'character_set_client' can't be set to the value of 'NULL'

Please help me in rectifying this error!

I went through the link you mentioned, but isn't there any other alternative than restoring from cpanel, since i tried restoring from cpanel and only half of the tables got restored.

And you are sure all the tables are in the backup?
