Email & PM all members .. Advice Needed

Apologies if this is n00b but I dont know and have searched too no luck.

I want to send an email and/or pm all my members, some information.

My forum is small 55members at mo so no harm it crashing my server etc!!

I cannot see how to do this in the admincp.

can someone advise me? thanks
