How can I truncate usernames in postbit legacy?

I'm looking to be able to set a maximum character amount for a username in postbit legacy.

Anyone know how I could do this or if there is a product to do this?

Hello, you can do this by enter in ACP > User Registration Options > Scroll down and play with ...

Minimum Username Length
....

Maximum Username Length
....

I know how to do that for future registrations, I'm talking about the ones that already exist and are long and mess with the postbit legacy table. I'd like to be able to truncate the look of it without changing their name.
