Vbull not sending out notificatin emails to create account?

I have been doing some testing and so far its 10 for 10 in not sending out the click here to activate email

What can be wrong?

Did you run the Email Diagnostics from the AdminCP?

in User Registration Options did you tick "yes" to "Verify Email address in Registration"??
