Image Modification?

what im looking for is if i had an image on my main page that says "your logo here for 2$ a day, Click Me!" and its a image saying the width x height, when somone clicks that image it then sends them to paypal and pay 2$ after they put the payment in, it then sends them to upload the image for that spot for 24hrs..

i dont know if this is done and i dont think it is yet, but if so can someone tell me if theres something like this? or if someones up to making it? thanks

You can't connect to the Paypal API so you will have to do this manually.
