I have searched for this on the net and here but did not find what I was looking for so I apologize if I did not look hard enough.

What I would like to do is remove the "Threads in Forum" so only my Sub-Forums are displayed. I know how to disable posting in a thread and that is not what I'm looking for. I have seen a few site that have this set up the most notable being The Total Gaming Network.

Using the above mentioned site for anyone who needs a visual of what I mean.

http://www.totalgamingnetwork.com/main/

From there if you click on let say the Battlefield link

http://www.totalgamingnetwork.com/main/forumdisplay.php?f=195

You will see that they have removed the "Threads in Forum" and only have sub-forums that you may post in which is what I'm trying to do as well.

Any help would be great as I have been trying to figure this out for more then a week.

I wouldn't mind knowing the answer to this one myself!

That site you linked to just has new navtabs. Just remove the Forums link from the navbar template and then use a mod, or write a plugin, to add in the navtabs that point to specific forums.

(edit: That site is a vB4 site now and could not have been when this thread was first created. So, my answer is geared towards a vB4 site since the thread was bumped today when it is a vB4 site. If anyone wants to continue asking about this, you should post in the appropriate forum.)
