Hi. I read the faq and can not find a "contact us" link so I'm putting my query in a post in what appears to be the most appropriate forum...
I am not the licensed owner of a copy of vBulletin but I am working with and looking at plug-ins etc on behalf of the licensed owner. As such, I am unable to do most things on the site, including look at code snippets and full-size images of screen-shots etc as explained in the "Are you Showing up as unlicensed?" faq entry.
This seems somewhat counter-productive. One can't use any of the hacks and plug-ins without a copy of vBulletin to run them on so why hide them from registered, but not licensed, viewers?
I could get him to register and tell me his login but then I will know his password and perhaps other important things I should not know, which is something neither of us want (I make a point of *never* wanting to know other people's passwords!).
Is it possible for the owners of this site to consider changing the rules on this point - unless, of course, there is some overriding consideration I am not aware of.
Regards, Bob.
