If i wanted to change the font color of each section I make on my forum how would i do this?

Example if u click this link https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/index.php and see where it says news and announcements and vb presale questions and there blue if i wanted to change that to say orange how would i do this?

Do you mean different colors while visiting a subforum/category, or a different color for the way it looks on forumhome?

I've not seen a modification that does that, but I think to get colors that specific, you would need to use the style tags and wrap them in them in an <if> conditional based on forum IDs.
