Integrating vB with my own site

Is it possible (legal) to integrate vB Forum with my private site? I don't mean the user database, I'd like to make news-system based on vB engine (use it's sanitizer, bbcode parser etc.) - is that ok?

I want to buy vB tomorrow, but I have to be 100% sure.

If you have a valid vBulletin license for the site you are using it on, then yes.
