change the forum icons with some color on it or use 3D icon ..

It's ok, I like the idea of the forums, I'm interested in British Cinema. I really don't like dark skins, but that's just me. The banner could be better, it would look good with a nice blend. Posts look messy because there are no borders separating the post from the postbit, and each post isn't separated either so a thread looks like a giant messy page.

Other than you've got a nice place. If you get a light skin and sort the borders out, I'd join =D
