help on forum section?

i need help on the forum main page, every section is stuck to each other like example below

This is how its set and i dont like it..

this is how i want it

i can't figure out where to but <br /> for this to space the sections from each other. somone help plz?

ill try and be more specific lol, the category's i have on forum home, i need to separate them because all the sections are stuck together
