Moderating Functions on YouTube

Hey I am looking for a nice YouTube or Google Video explaining the basic functions of Moderators. I mean simple stuff like moving, editing, merging, threads.

I have a bunch of Mods who need a basic lesson in this.

Anyone who has links to Moderator functions or a video I can embed would be sweet. Thanks :)

(I haven't seen any youtube/google videos on such a thing before, you could try searching if you have done so already. This is the first time I've seen anyone ask for something like this before, so I doubt there exists one but you never know. ;))
