OK I have like 7 or 8 vbulletin boards installed. One of them is 3.6.5 version and the rest are 3.7.2
Now on the 3.6.5 version the HTML markup for a usergroup isn't working. I have tried the default style, I have removed plugins and xml files, even cleaned my cache and opened a new browser. I can't get my dang Moderators to be a simple bold. I have tried all of these:
<span style="font-weight: bold;"> </span>
<strong> </strong>
<b> </b>
Any ideas what else might be causing this? It can't be too hard to make Mods bold... lol

Have you checked your templates to see if perhaps that part was removed?

Hi Lynne lol
Where can I check the template. What file should I be looking in? And what is the code I am looking for?

Well, as an example, check your postbit and postbit_legacy template. Look for this line:
<a class="bigusername" href="member.php?$session[sessionurl]u=$post[userid]">$post[musername]</a>
Does yours say musername, not just username (note the m at the beginning of the word.

I see it with an M in front = musername

Do you have your users in a secondary group and then have the option "Can override primary group title/markup" set to Yes? Or No, if that would be correct. (It depends on which usergroup you are using the markup from.)

OK I am trying to find those settings. Would I find this in the actual usergroup setting, individual user settings, or in like vbulletin Options?

That is a usergroup setting.

I must be getting blind in my old age.
Ok I am looking for "Can override primary group title/markup"
And I want to set this to Yes?
I still do not see this option. I know it must be there but maybe tell me where abouts it is located when I edit the usergroup. Sorry to be a pain.
