Change time

Where do i change the default time of my site?
Its american time but i want to change it to UK hours.

You can set the default timezone in the Date & Time settings in your vBulletin Options.

I did all that but still my time is displayed wrong
I m in GMT - 6 and it shows GMT +1
I went to vbul... options => to date and time option => to Default Time Zone Offset and still it's not working ???????
