Very nice front page, and the forum is a bit unusual it looks like Invision Power Board for some reason, yet's powered by vBulletin! That out the way, there is a massive block of text that makes your forum home page look like a portal page for some reason, and will cause visitors to be immensely frustrated until they figure out to scroll down to see the forum listings.
You've done okay with keeping forums down, so good job, and you've filled them in quite nicely (only two more forums to fill, which is surprising for a new forum).
Do need a better support image though, it's incredibly blurry and kinda mars the appearance of the page as a whole, so that's something you need to work on:

Page rank thing is a bit pointless, and page rank zero doesn't exactly inspire much, so you should remove that.
Could also use some sprucing up of smilies, and the BB code page shows this ugly PHP error:
Fatal error: Cannot use assign-op operators with overloaded objects nor string offsets in /home/traxxadd/public_html/torticollis-faq.com/forum/misc.php(479) : eval()'d code on line 1I like what you've done with social groups as well, finally a site that aims to bring them to the forefront in some way. Never the less, it looks professional enough so far, just needs some livening up, some error fixing and a bit more emphasis on the forum listing on the main page to stop it looking like a portal.

What happened to your site?

It's also, as you can see by the install folder, a security risk.
