You don't need a mod, its a built in feature!

Here is what you do:
Admincp - Quick Search User (type in their name)
In the Quick User Links for that user, select : Email Password Reminder to User.

Done!

You don't decrypt a md5 hash or crack it. You bruteforce it or look it up in a database of pre bruteforced md5s
