can not change my{admin} password

i have my forum but now a days their huge load so i have to add a new admin in my team. he is working from last 10 month but i dont belive on him becouse he is xofficer of my oppnent forum, if i make him admin and grant him admin power then he will able to change my password is there any way that he can do all setting with users account but can not change my{admin} password plz help thanks in advance

And if you have this many doubts about him: Dont make him an admin at all.
