Is there a way that i can make an admin to my forums but restrict him from entering certain areas of the admincp?

i prefer to do it this way
Make a usergroup based off your admin group
name it something like jnr Admin
add a user to it
from update Admin permissions Yes/No the powers/sections you want them to access :)

ok yes u can do that but to do it u need to make new user group based on admin user group settings.
THEN IN General Permissions SECTION click NO to email option HE WONT B ABLE OT SEND EMIALS ... then add him to that group

Only the permissions listed on the Administrator Permissions are permission groups you can set. You can't fine tune it any further with an unmodified vBulletin, I haven't come across a modification that does so either.

This will not stop them from being able to use the Mass Mail function in the AdminCP.

I to wish to restrict the admincp...
Example, I wish for a admin to be able to edit the settings to ONE custom vB Modifictation, NOT vB Options... is this possible?
If not, is there a way to put the custom vB Mod acp listing into the mcp for him to edit from there?
