URL Clean up Mod

I have seen on some forums that when a user posts a URL, vB or a mod displays that URL as the title of that page. So instead of it displaying www.google.com it would show Google (www.google.com).

All this is done automatically with the need of the user to input any code, is there a mod or option for this in vB?

You can do that with AME, but a definition for each site that you wanted auto converted would need to be made for it.
