Private message on signup

I know there is a mod to send members messages on signups, but i looked through 16 pages and couldnt find it, any help?

Its built into VB ... AdminCP->Vbulletin Options -> Vbulletin Options -> User Registration Options ->Welcome Private Message.... Enter the username of the user that the PM will be from. And then edit the 2 phrases linked in that section accordingly if you want to change the title/message of the PM
