Where are the settings for the user albums

I've upgraded from 3.6.8 and am trying to learn the user albums? Where are the settings? When I try to upload it tells me the max size is 97k, where can I change this? Is there supposed to be a link to all user albums on forum home?

Most likely any settings will be under AdminCP > vBulletin Options and/or AdminCp > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Edit Usergroup

Thanks, during a recent moment of reflection I realized that the settings may be in the usergroup settings. Alas, I was correct. Darn shame I spend over an hour looking everywhere else.
