RSS Feed for threads?

Hi,
Does anyone know how to enable RSS feeds for threads? I already have RSS for forums, but that notifies subscribers about new threads, and not posts. I went through all mods for 3.6/3.7 but couldn't find anything...

The RSS feed is for new threads, not new posts. There is no option to make it for new posts.
