Right now when someone clicks "contact us" on my site, it launches their email program. I'd like something more. I've seen sites where you get a form where you enter your name, email address, bullet what you want to discuss, post your message, and verify an image. How do I do this? Is this an add on and if so, where would I find it??

vboptions > Site Name/url/contact details > Contact Us Link Link for contacting the site admin. To use the built-in email form, specify sendmessage.php otherwise use something such as 'mailto:webmaster@example.com' or your own custom form. This appears at the bottom of every page.

Thanks! Found that. But now there's something else: even though I clicked yes to turn on human verification ("verify guest contact us"), it's not appearing. I do have NoSpam! installed. Could that be the problem? And if not, what could it be?

To find out if it's a modification causing the problem, just disable it and see if the image then appears.

Also, in vbtopions > Image Settings > Image Verification Library... do you see images there? Did you pick a valid one under Image Processing Library? And do you see an image in vbtoptions > Message Posting and Editing Options > Guest Post Image Verification?

I have GD selected, but don't see any images at all. Nor do I see an image in Message Posting And Editing Options > Guest Post Image Verification. What am I doing wrong?

It sounds like you don't have GD installed on your server. I think this is a php issue, but I'm not expert on it. You might want to go search over on vb.com to find out how to fix this issue. Maybe this - GD image verification not working (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=269967&highlight=image+verification) Do a search of titles only for (with quotes) "image verification"
