upgrade error

Upgraded all the files to 3.7.2

and get this message.

Database error in vBulletin 3.6.8:

Did you also run the upgrade script?

Im onto that and it says enter customer number, ive entered it but it just refreshes and brings me back to the same page saying enter customer number.

On that thing you gave me it says to check over your number which i have done and its correct, so i dont know what the problem is there :s

Make sure you are using your customernumber and not your license number. Also make sure that you are using the files for that license.

Edit: What are the last 2 numbers of the customer-id you are using?

I just re-downloaded the new version and re-uploaded it and it worked this time, all working perfectly now, thanks for your help mate.
