Hello ,

I need someons help please. its been 3 days now trying to sort out something and at the end of the day i managed to broke ot instead of making it work.

Please look the code below

I went to ACP -> User Profile Fields -> Add New User Profile Field, and then in the vB postbit(_legacy) template, use the following where X is the ID of the new profile field: ( look the first attachement )

but unfortunately is not comin on my forum page., What iam trying because the page is in greek is that I need member to have theie name also there.

Look also the second attachemnt


Also messing arround i managed to diasaper the field6 from the forum page also ?
How can i have this back ??

I think you should post the whole postbit_legacy template just so we can be sure you didn't leave anything else out. Also, use the [CODE] tags, not the [QUOTE] tags, so it displays correctly.

Heh, it just occurred to me. You said you were editing your postbit_legacy, right? But the screenshot you posted is of your posbit template. Remember, when you have your avatars on top of the posts, that's the postbit template, but when you have to the side of the post, that's postbit_legacy. Other then that, I don't see any reason why your fields wouldn't be showing up.

For field6, you'd simply need to put it back in the template.

That's controlled in your postbit template, not postbit_legacy.

You should have a block of code in the postbit that looks something like this:

That's where your avatar is located. You might have to change things around depending on how you want things displayed, but that's where you'd go to do it.
