Email alert when a particular user posts

Is there any way to flag a particular user so that moderators or administrators will get an email alert whenever that user posts?

You could just put that user into a usergroup that has posts moderated.

Thanks, but I don't want to pre-approve the selected user's posts -- I just want to be alerted right after he/she posts. Any way to do that?
