Can anyone tell me how to fix this. When trying to change profile pictures, members receive this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function initializationPassed() on a non-object in /home/thewildz/public_html/includes/class_upload.php(381) : eval()'d code on line 4

Disable the modification that is causing this and contact the author for a solution.

That is my modification (Vbulletin Antivirus). I will provide a fix today.
