Edit profile Tabs

So i want to edit the tabs, you know the tabs: visitor messages, About me, etc etc
Since i need more space!

But how do i do this?

I want to edit the text so that example: About me is only about

[Lynne]

I think they are probably all just phrases. Try doing a search in phrases for the words.
