Moving Forum One Level Up

I'm looking at my site and I'm noticing my portal (html main pages) are useless to me. I'd like to move my forum up one level (from http://aspiemania.us/forums to http://aspiemania.us)

Is there a way I can do this without messing stuff up? (like the database etc.)

Just move the files to main directory, then alter the board url in the vbulletin options.
