I have the need to edit one by one the title and the description (the one that appears in search engine,just to understand each other) for every form user.

Is it possible to do it?

Otherwise exist a suitable plugin?

I am not sure what you are talking about. You want to edit the title and description of the user? Can you show us an image of what about the user is showing up in the search engine?
