5 star rating problem

There is some spammer or bot going through my forum and putting 5 star ratings on every thread. Is there some way to erase all the ratings or the ones that the spammers inflated?

UPDATE thread
SET
votenum = 0,
votetotal = 0
That query will erase ALL ratings.
