My mod is broken in 3.7

My mod that worked great in 3.6 is now broken in 3.7. It's pretty simple, no hooks, just a page in the vB template that grabs some values out of a db and takes input from the user. Where could I find a list of changes that affected developers?

You won't find a list of changes like that. The only list you will find is a list of which files were affected for each upgrade and which templates were affected and whether a revert is required or not.
