Some retard issued a chargeback on my paypal from a subscription 3 months back. How can I prove to paypal that he got his information?

I don't think PayPal allows chargebcks of non-tangible goods.

i've had 2 people within the last 2 weeks do the same thing with the chargeback. the other admin just went ahead and issued a refund, but still there's gotta be something that can be done about it.

Paypal do not make followups on chargebacks of subscriptions... even if it is recorded.

You have to be polite with the guy... if he worth the refund, do it... else, just forget about it until Paypal send a closing.

we have it setup so it automatically sends each month and people get mad when it charges them again "without knowing" as they put it, but it's stated "Validity periods marked * indicate that purchasing this subscription is recurring, this means after the period is complete it will automatically be renewed." in the payments.php page and i've even stated "At this time Subscriptions are recurring so, please be sure you want to purchase a Subscription". Even with those posted 2 people still wanted a refund.

so if we just ignore it from paypal they won't take the money from us and just close it after the time period? thanks for the info. ;)

unless the person upgrades the dispute.

i don't think they should allow disputes to be submitted on subscriptions, they get their content and then want a refund on top of it? i mean seriously, that's like buying a tank of gas and driving around until almost empty and complaining to the gas station it didn't last as long as you expected and want a refund on it.
