How did they get the Forums to show up like this?

It might be something simple that's already implemented into vBulletin but I can't seem to find it in any of the options... So does anyone know how to get the sub-forums to show up like this on the forumhome page?

Yeah I am well aware of how to search. Unfortunately I had no idea WHAT to search for, nor did I know that there was even a hack like this out there. Hence the reason for posting a thread. Thanks for the info but damn what is it about people always crying about SEARCHING? You know the only reason that there is something to search for is because of people creating THREADS and POSTS. ;)

Because people create the same threads about the same things which have been posted before. You may not see it, since you only come to get the help you need, but when you're helping out here a lot, it gets annoying when people ask the same questions day in day out. :)
