New usergroup shows up in Usergroup Manager but not in Forum Permissions Manager

I created a new usergroup for affiliates, and it shows up in Usergroup Manager, but not in Forum Permissions Manager (forumpermission.php). I tried deleting it and creating it again, but the same thing happened. I'm going to shut the forum down for a minute and repair/optimize tables, but is there something else I've done wrong? I created the permissions based off of a working usergroup, the most recent other one I created, which is close to default, so it shouldn't have "all no" or anything. Not sure what's up here. Any help would be appreciated. vB 3.6.4 BTW. I will upgrade soon, I swear. :D

Sounds like the datastore is not being updated. If you can still reproduce this with all modifications turned off, then i suggest you address this issue in a support ticket.
