Problem with download

I am a registered user and am trying to download a script from this page https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=35697&highlight=webbbs

When I click the download link I get this message:

As a follow up, https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=7947&d=1033031818 is the page it goes to when I click the download link.

Vbulletin 2 is extremely old and unsupported, vb2 scripts are no longer available for download here.

Do you have any idea where I might get the script? I am now trying to convert an old old webbbs to vb and import the users and posts. This script was the only one I could find referenced in the site.

I believed I could modify the script to work with our new forum even though it was for vb2.

You would probably have an easier job creating the thing from scratch.
